I went to Tibet and all I got

... was a wonderful day in the sun with a lot of friends from the city and from out of space (e.g. Leerdam and even Amersfoort) on the beautiful green terras of bar/restaurant The NorthernLight @ the NDSM-warf in 020-North. We hang around with some Dutch celebs, Tibetan Monks, local, national and international musicians with or without their instruments and we made a big fire. Like a really big fire with pallets and stuff. At the end of the day I realised I haven't seen none of the 57 gigs (Postmen was cancelled! $%^Grrr*) so we jumped at 22.55 hrs to the Main Stage to hear Bluf perform 'Alles is Liefde', freely translated that means: 'Everything is Love'. Which is not true obviously, but hey, for the 'good target' you do and say everything. Another good target was their special released Tibetan-song: 'Als je ooit nog eens terug kan' which can be donwloaded here.

And if not, you can say what you want to say about Bluf ('bragging' in English) but it is an exeptionally goddamn good live band with a boost of energy that's still chasing me up till now.

Tomorrow we go back where we finished last night: for the second year in a row the special documentary-festival Docs at the Docks is starting with the docu-blockbuster Zeitgeist part 3, with live music (maybe some Tibetan leftovers), spoken word artists Amin & Kamiel Proost and MC of the night Minne Belger. Be there and be square at 20.00 hrs @ ITW-building @ NDSM-warf.
